Yearly strategy development & demand generating activities which includes: Big Idea development; Consumer communication development; Touch point selection (media, in store, etc...);Pricing management. 2. Insight generation & new product concept validation via market research. 3. Regular monitoring of execution for all demand generating activities and operations. 4. Budget & P&L management for relevant SKUs/Range. Requirements 1. University graduate with at least 5 years’ experience working in brand marketing for FMCG.at least 1 year sales experience is MUST. 2. Preferably with NPD experience in another food company. 3. Good command of oral and written English and Chinese. 4. Highly skilled in microsoft office (word, powerpoint, excel, outlook). 5. Passionate, team player (cross culture, cross team), initiative, detail oriented. 6. High degree of self-motivation, result-oriented. 7. Strong learning capability.
