Provide strategic dircetion/input for development of Channel, Customer/Distributor and Field sales strategies in line with business requirements 2. Develop and execute most efficient and effective RTM (Route to Market) strategy to have best presence of product base on categey; geography and channel dimmensions 3. Accountable and Responsible to ensure achievement of agreed targets for both topline and profitability /KPIs. Continuously shape the sales organization to ensure its effectiveness and meet evolution of bsuiness requirements 4. Ensure effective management of regional supply chain, finance and other functions and proactively cooperate with F&B division function to manage trade off and drive for overall objectives achievement 5. Develop business relationship and sustainable /profitable growth model with key Customers to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction 6. Create an inclusive culture and develop; invest and coach on right and qualified people to build talent pipeline 任职资格: 1. More than 10 years in business operations;especially strong experience in sales managment 2. Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results 3. Has multi-category experience 4. Has managemetn or coordination experience of other related function 5. Must be a native Chinese speaker
