工作职责：

Training System building & training project implementation for infant nutrition sales & Activation representative team

Design and develop standard training curriculum and relevant material according to the requirements of the business and function units. These training could include knowledge and skills on personal development and or leadership skills

Training course or project design & implementation ( needs collection/F2F & On-line course implementation/feedback report/reinforcement follow action) at national or regional level

Training budget plan & expense control

职位要求：

* At least 3 years working experience in training management & training course delivery

* Prefer industry experience in nutrition or food etc

* Slaes operation experience is a plus
