Annual salary:400,000-500,000 
Demonstrate strong leadership and motivate/coach the team to improve their productivity. 
Effectively deliver results of marketing objectives within limited resource and budget. 
Work with marketing & PR team on consistent and effective messaging of external documents and promotional materials to support the marketing activities (e.g. collateral) 
Internal and external communications for developing and executing plans across a broad range of issues to enhance UCCA’s reputation, influence audiences, and support the organization’s mission. 
Develop and manage the implementation of a comprehensive event calendar with centralized tracking. 
Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns. 
Oversee and direct media relations strategy for UCCA, including an extensive exhibition program, public program, special events, retail, children education, financial, and legal etc.. 
Direct the development and execution of press and social media strategies for exhibitions, public programs, retail, children education and special events. 
Manage outside agencies and vendors on an as needed basis.
