工作职责: • This role is planned to work for ecommerce business in China mainland, cross-board businesses for HK. • Develop clear channel strategy and comprehensive business plan to hit those goals. • Implement test and learn strategy to identify key sales drivers per channel. • Identify all opportunities on partner sites to push product pillars and increase penetration of Online businesses.
2. Achieving Sales Target
• Develop, implement and drive strategic business plans by establishing targets, goals and objectives and manage business performance to ensure achievement of objectives across brands for online channels both in China mainland, HK and Cross Boarder. • Collaborate with Business Development at group and country level to identify and action new business models, partners and growth opportunities for Cross Boarder business. • Manage promotion and activities, including but not limited to T&C negotiation, regular promotions, online campaigns, joint business plan and performance review to ensure the relationships operate at optimum levels. • Independently work with brands/principals, TPs, E-platforms on coming up with biz proposals with the platforms, sales budget, A&P budget, cost structure, marketing promotion plan. • KA Management of Alibaba (Tmall, Taobao, Mei), Kaola, VIP, jd.com e.t.c – (should have deep relationship with the management and execution team of these key platforms). • Project Management for companies - help to explore Social Commerce, Official websites. Mono brands websites as the next step for the company. • Cross department collaboration with Finance, Logistics and Demand Planning. • Work with trade partners to create the best solution to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. • Resolve issues and agree any compensation as needed. • Analyse and report on customer satisfaction & SLA performance.
3. Site Merchandising & Marketing
• Overseas wholesale accounts e-commerce merchandising and digital marketing calendars to increase sales on channel sites. • Ensure all site content updates to support marketing calendar initiatives, product launches and promotions. • Manage and execute account specific site promotions (i.e. GWP' s, sampling, CRM programs) to maximize exposure and business.
任职要求: 1. Highly motivated individual with 7-10 years of experience, of which at least 4 years of e-commerce specific experience in building and driving an end to end e-commerce businesses. 2. Must have strong commercial sense and budget management ability (if with P&L management is a plus). 3. Track record performance and solid experience e-commerce Omni channel experience (e.g. tmall/jd/social commerce and so on). 4. Capability to select and to manage TP in order to achieve sales target and build up branding through e-platform. 5. Strong understanding to create partnerships that generate strategic long term value, and prioritize focus with those partnerships to drive traffic, AOV and conversion to hit revenue targets while exceeding customers' expectations. 6. Fluent in both English writing and verbal communication.
